Mechanism Of Action – Biatain Adhesive is a soft, conformable polyurethane foam dressing that effectively absorbs and retains wound exudate with a hydrocolloid adhesive border. Suitable for use on healthy peri wound skin and in areas with need for extra adhesion. Recommended use– Biatain Adhesive is suitable for exuding wounds that also need water vapour protection. Regime – Biatain Adhesive can be left on for up to seven days, depending on the level of exudate. If clinical signs of infection are present. Biatain Adhesive should be used with an antimicrobial.
