Mechanisms Of Action – Suprasorb A assists calcium to deposit into the wound to stimulate the proliferation cascade of wound healing, by drawing out more exudate osmotically through sodium. Recommended use– Suprasorb A is ideal for acute and traumatic wound management, including cavities. Regime – Suprasorb A can be left on for 1-3 days, depending on the level of exudate. Precautions – Suprasorb A is a contact layer, it should be used with a protective or absorbent layer such as Suprasorb PU, Suprasorb P Silicone or Vliwasorb Pro.
